Crocheted Ripple Pattern with Overleaf

Crocheted Ripple : This pattern contains directions to crochet the afghan shown. This afghan, blanket or throw gives directions to crochet the popular ripple design in three colors, that is given even more dimension with the overleaf design. The piece is crocheted in strips which measures 63 x 18 inches. A matching pillow cover is included. The afghan measures 54 x 63 inches. The design is vintage American Thread, 1960s.

Materials:

• AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" KNITTING WORSTED
• 26 ounces Olivette
• 21 ounces each Tangerine and Potter Gold for Afghan
• 4 ounces each color for Pillow
• ½ yd. lining material
• Shredded foam rubber or Cotton or Kapok
• Aluminum Crochet Hook Size J

GAUGE: 3 sts = 1 inch; 4 rows = 13/4 inches
