Description

No 9407 :  Here is a generous size Utility Bag to hold your handwork and all those numerous little things we women find so necessary. This pattern contains instructions to crochet this bag, shown above - it is vintage 1944 from Spool Cotton Company. 

MATERIALS: 

  • J. & P. COATS KNIT-CRO-SHEEN, 2 balls each of 2 colors (to be referred to as light and Dark). 
  • Steel Crochet Hook No.4. 
  • 1/2 yard of lining material. 
  • A pair of bag handles. 

GAUGE: 1 shell measures 1 inch; 3 rows measure 1 inch.
