Crochet Popcorn Stitch Hat Pattern with Tassel

The Tasselette : This pattern contains directions to crochet the hat shown. This hat is vintage 1938 and is a fun variation of a couple different styles. First there is a wide band that has a slanted rows of large popcorns. And, as if popcorns alone isn't fun enough, it has a long tassel hanging from the center of the flat top - graduation style. But note, graduation will not be required to create or wear this hat !
