Crochet Pineapple Cape Slippers Pattern R2027

Crocheted Wool Bed Cape and Slippers:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the bed set pictured.  The set includes a lovely bed cape with a long pineapple border, a mesh top and neckline beading.  The closure is Satin Ribbon.  This is matched with an easy pair of slippers that features a pineapple top and ribbon ties.  The bed cape is written for size medium only.   The slippers are sized small, medium, and large. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Peggy Roberts R-2027 in 1951.
