Crochet Moccasins Pattern Design 5255 Unisex

Mod Moccasins : This pattern give directions for crocheting the slippers pictured. "For that change-of-pace look, crochet a pair of these very comfortable moccasins in vivid colors". Directions are given for length of sole for women, 9 inches. Changes for women, 10 inches, and men, 11 and 12 inches are in parentheses. This is a colorful slipper design, worked in four colors.

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5255 in 1967.

"Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins): 3 (3, 4, 4,) Skeins of Paddy Green; 2 (2, 3, 3) Skeins of Apricot; 2 (2, 2, 2) Skeins of Flamingo;   Needle: Milwards Steel Crochet Hook #0 (Zero);   Accessories: Terry Cloth for lining slippers if desired;   2 Small Buckles;   1 Yard elastic thread.
