Crochet Black and White Motif Afghan Pattern

Black and White Motif Afghan:   This pattern gives directions for crocheting the afghan pictured.   This design, is created in staggered black and white blocks, crocheted in bulky yarn, with with staggered motif that brings in the third color.  The blocks each measure 4-1/2 inches and are joined with a narrow border all the way around.  The finished afghan measures 50 x 70 inches. 

Materials:  AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" BULKY YARN, 28 ounces White, 30 ounces Black and 2 ounces Crimson or colors of your choice;   Aluminum Crochet Hook Sizes K and E
