Chelsea Pineapple Crochet Doily Pattern

Chelsea : This pattern has instructions for crocheting the doily pictured. This is a solid doily design, slightly on the masculine side. Instead of lace frills, this design is ample amounts of mesh that surrounded first small, then large, rows on pineapples. Worked in either of two sizes of Mercerized Crochet Cotton, the doily can measure 15 or 16 inches in diameter. This crochet pattern is vintage 1960s, from American Thread.
