Boys Mohair Knit Pullover and Cardigan Knitting Pattern

CM749-3: This pattern contains directions for knitting both the garments pictured. First there is a long sleeves pullover with three large cable bands across the front, as well as down the outside center of the long sleeves and ribbed v-neckline. The corresponding cardigan's front button panel replaces the center cable on the pullover and the neck ribbing is slightly different. Both are quite attractive designs for the young man, knit in mohair. Both patterns are written for boys size 8, with changes for 10, 12 and 14 in parentheses.

Materials:

• Knitting Needles: One pair each "Boye" Sizes 5 & 8, one set double point needles Size 5, one cable needle
• One "Boye" steel crochet hook Size 0

Gauge: Stockinette Stitch on Size 8 needles-4 sts to 1 inch; 6 rows to 1 inch
