Description

Crocheted Doilies: These doilies may be used for luncheon sets, center pieces, pillows, buffet and vanity sets. Made in string -- white, unbleached or colored -- the will measure 6, 12 and 16 inches. They may be made in a finer thread, in which case, they turn out smaller.  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 985 in 1935. 

Materials: 1 ball (400 yards) of unbleached crochet and knitting cotton will make a small, medium and large doily, and a No. 5 steel crochet hook.
