Description
Roll Back Pompadour : This pattern contains directions to crochet the hat shown. Vintage 1943, from The Spool Cotton Company, this design is called a Pompadour. Most aptly named for the Pompadour hairstyle, this hat is high in the front, falls down wide and low in the back. The base is rolled back; to shorten further, just add an additional roll.
Materials: J. & P. COATS KNIT-CRO-SHEEN, 2 balls; Bone Crochet Hook No.8; I ½ yards of ribbon, 1 ½ inches wide.
