Pineapple Border Crochet Doily Pattern Anne Cabot 5899

Two Pineapple Doilies : This pattern contains directions for crocheting both the doilies pictured. Each design is different with a commonality of pineapple pointed tips. The doilies are both medium in size; one being 13-1/2 inches and the other 10-1/2 inches in diameter. This is a Mail Order Pattern, purchased through magazines and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5899 in 1957.  

Materials - 13-1/2 inch Doily :  2 Large Balls Mercerized Crochet Cottor Size 40, White;   Steel Crochet Hook #11.

Materials - 10-1/2 inch Doily :  2 Balls Mercerized Crochet Cotton, size 60, White;   Steel Crochet Hook #13 (Standard Size).
