Knitted Cable Tunic and Pants Pattern Design 7499

Knitted Tunic and Pants: This pattern contains directions for a smart pantsuit with or without sleeves, worked in the easy stockinette stitch and cables. Pattern includes NEW Sizes 10-12 and 14-16. The is a fairly easy, but very large pattern. The tunic can be knitted sleeveless or with long fitted sleeves. A v-neck sits over a long front button band; below hip length. The pants have a matching cable stripe down both legs.  This is not a difficult pattern, but many pages of directions. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7499 in 1970.   It was included in the Needlecraft Patterns 1970 Catalog.
