Filet Galloping Horse Crochet Design 598

Filet Crocheted Chair Set:  This pattern contains directions for a filet crochet chair set in a horse design. The set, worked in double crochet and chain stitches, can be used as a buffet set or chair back as ends for scarfs.  When completed the chair back will measure 12-1/2 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6-1/2 x 12 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 598 in 1949.  It was included in the 1959 Laura Wheeler Designs Catalog.
