Description
Childrens Slippers: This pattern has directions for knitting the childs slippers shown. This is an easy pattern, perfect for beginners practice. Knitted in Rug Yarn gives them a chunky look, that is nicely offset with a ribbon woven through the tops and a bow tie at the heel. The pattern is childs size Small, Medium and Large.
Materials:
- COATS & CLARK'S "O.N.T." RUG YARN (70 yard skeins): 2 skeins of No. 126 Spanish Red for all sizes.
- Knitting Needles, 1 pair No.8.
- 2 ½ yards of white satin ribbon, ¼ inch wide.
GAUGE: 4 sts = 1 inch; 5 rows = 1 inch.
