Crocheted Hanging Planter Pattern, Mail Order 865

Mail Order Design 865 : This pattern contains directions to crochet the planter shown. Perfect touch in your Home Decor, these crocheted planters have a lacy pattern design, perfect for adding your planter pots. There are two styles; a long cylinder type planter, as well as short planters. Both styles hang from handles, or forego the handles and place the crocheted planters on a table. The jar planter is approx. 3 x 5 1/4 inches and the bowl planter is 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 865 in 1975.  It was included in the 1976 Needlecraft Patterns Catalog.
