Description
Crocheted Square: This pattern contains directions for working a jiffy crochet square made of two strands of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton. Three squares joined together form a sturdy scarf; one can be used as a doily. For a dainty medallion use a single strand of cotton and join squares to form bedspreads, cloths and other articles. The square can be made at 8 or 11 inches.
This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7231 in 1946.
