Crocheted Cape-Shawl : This pattern contains directions to crochet the garment shown. Some may call this a cape; others a shawl, but regardless, it is a great piece! It is beautifully shaped to fall in graceful scalloped panels from solid yoke to lacy pattern stitch. This is a one size pattern.

This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  It was marketed as Laura Wheeler 787 in 1976.  The design also appeared in the 1976 Needlecraft Patterns Catalog.   It was again released by Laura Wheeler in 1983.
