Calot with Peak, No 129-A : This pattern contains directions to crochet the hat shown. This hat, vintage 1940s from Spool Cotton Co., is a classic Calot, with the addition of a peak, or baseball hat type brim, if you prefer. The pattern also has variation B instructions that are for the crocheted band (with feather) that is just above the brim. This is a one size pattern.
Materials: - Chadwicks Red Heart Knitting Worsted, 2 skeins (2 ox. skeins); - Milwards Steel Crochet Hook No 2/0 (double zero); 17 inches of millinery wire.
