Description
Flecked Pullover: This pattern gives directions to knit the pullover pictured. An attractive selection for the young man. A tweed sweater with baby cable stripes, long sleeves and ribbed bands, along with a contrast v-neckline. Directions for size 8. Changes for sizes 10 and 12 are in parentheses. Body Chest Size: 26" (28"-30"). Blocked Chest Size: 28" (30"-32").
MATERIALS:
- Spinnerin Knicker 7 (8-9) 2-oz. skeins main color (MC) ; one skein contrasting color sport yarn (A), small amounts of contrasting colors B and C to match colored flecks in MC yarn for neckband.
- Set of dp needles No. 2;
- Straight knitting needles Nos. 2 and 4. (Or English sizes 11 and 9.)
- One stitch holder.
GAUGE: 15 sts=2"; 10 rows=1" (pat before blocking, No. 4 needles).
