Bed Jacket : This pattern contains directions to knit, with crochet details, the bed jacket pictured. This is a vintage design portrayed with only a character drawing and the stitch diagram. This was periodically the visual format for 1940s patterns. This design has a ruffled collar with ribbon closure, raglan sleeves, which reach across the bodice and a skirt that drops to the waist with a marvelous raised pattern stitch. The pattern is size medium (10-14) only. Bed Jackets make marvelous garments for chilly evenings on the couch, reading in bed, and always for the infirm. (Grandma might love you even more when you gift her one of these !)
