Camisole and Jacket: This pattern contains instructions to knit the tops pictured. This pattern, vintage 1956, was a design that was co-marketed with McCalls Sewing Pattern 3124. One would sew the skirt and then knit the matching camisole and jacket that featured fabric trim from the skirt. The camisole, featuring thin shoulder straps is waist length with ribbed bottom edge. The jacket is cropped with an open front and three quarter length sleeves. The set, knit in Meadowspun, is misses size 12, 14 and 16. The camisole and jacket are a cute set; combine with whatever fabric you might choose.
