Dutch Treat Hat : This pattern contains instructions to knit the Dutch Treat Hat pictured above. This pattern, featured in the 1942 issue of Headline Hats is a Jeannette Styles design. This pattern is one-size for a 21 1/2" head. Instructions are included to increase, or decrease, if necessary.
