Daisy Ring : This pattern contains directions to create the luncheon set pictured. The official write-up: "An unusually beautiful luncheon set to lend charm to your finest china and crystal". Use these pieces as a luncheon set, as shown in the 1940's Lily Design Book, or use them individually in any manner you might choose. The doilies start with crisp linen center to which a delightful crocheted wheel spiderweb edge is added, then, small flowers in pastels are crocheted and added with edging to the linen.
- DAISY Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Art. 65, size 20: 4 skeins White and 1 skein each Shd. Lavendcrs, Shd. Pinks, Shd. Yellows, Shd. Blues and Shd. Greens, sufficient for 4 Place mats and 4 Napkins; or
- Lily MERCROCHET Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Art. 161, Size 20: 5 balls White and 1 ball each Shd. Lavendcrs, Shd. Pinks, Shd. Yellows, Shd. Blues, Shd. Peaches and Shd. Greens, sufficient for 4 Place Mats and 4 Napkins. For smaller Mats, omit the Shd. Pinks.
