Belted Cable Stole Vest Knitting Pattern with Collar Pockets

BBM-103 Charm :  This is a knitting pattern to make the garment pictured.   One might call this a vest, however, the sides are open. One might call this a wrap or a stole, however, those do not have collars.   So, I am a bit stumped for description.   But, worn, as pictured, it certainly is an attractive and fashionable piece.    The back and front are of equal lengths, sitting across the shoulders and belted at the waist.   The front ends with patch pockets that are decorated (optional) 6 buttons on each side.
